Payment is required at the time of service.

Our hourly rate is $500/hour and is billed out in 15mins increments for all visit except new patient visits which are a flat rate no matter the time used.

New patient visits = $750. To schedule your new patient visit their is a charge of $150 that is applied toward the total once consulted. The visits are scheduled for and typically take 90mins but will not be discounted based on face-to-face time used due to the extensive prep and care coordination that goes into every new patient visit.

Follow ups can range but are typically 15mins to 30mins = $125-$250 accordingly.

Depending on your health status we may need to see you weekly to monthly.

If a visit goes over its allotted time by 10mins, you will be charged for an additional 15mins = $125. Respectively, if you are scheduled for a 30min visit and only use 20mins you will be charged for a 15min visit.

Please remember that outside of face-to-face time, our doctors spend hours still dedicated to your personalized care: Developing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans, ordering and reviewing your labs and data, answering messages, coordinating care, charting, etc.

Labs and functional evaluations are a required part of your care and treatment with us, without labs and data we cannot provide the targeted and personalized treatment plans needed to get to the root of your health problems and help you reach your health goals. That being said, we only order the level of labs that are needed based on your health status and goals but you should plan on needing one lab from each catagory below:

1. Gut testing labs = $350.00-$500.00 depending on the test needed.

2. Organic acid testing (looks at nutritional, metabolic and toxin burden) = $310.00-$400.00 depending on the test needed.

3. Hormone testing (sex hormones and cortisol testing) = $321.00-$700.00 depending on the test needed.

4. Food Intolerance Evaluations = $250.00

5. Other types of labs may be required depending on you health history and lab findings

6. Standard bloodwork panels that your doctor deems necessary can be ordered through Quest Diagnostics and can be billed towards your insurance if you would like.

We require you to have a body composition scale and biomarker tracking device that are of a certain quality and track a variety of data points. Before follow up appointments you will be required to submit your data via a patient questionnaire on your patient portal prior to your appointment.

It is very important that patients comply with all aspects of the treatment plan developed for them. This will include purchasing and taking as prescribed medications and supplements.

Patients averagely spend $100-$200 in supplements a month.

Medication can be billed to insurance if covered; however, not all recommended medications will be covered by insurance and can range from $50-$300 per month.

If something is not listed above it is not included in the the monthly membership. Examples include:

Medications, supplements/topicals not available on Fullscript are not subject to the 25% discount included in the membership. However, if the clinic is provided a specific discount code(s) from other suppliers, we will pass those savings onto our membership holders.

Repeat labs are not included in the membership, nor are any additional labs your doctor deems necessary.

Standard bloodwork panels that are ordered through Quest diagnostics are not included in the membership.

Any face-to-face time spent with one of the doctors beyond the 1-hour allotted time is billed at the standard hourly rate of $500.00 per hour, billed out in 15min increments as outlined in the hourly rate section.

Messaging your doctor about anything that does not pertain to clarifications regarding your current treatment plan will require a visit and will either fall within your monthly allotted hour or if you have already used the allotted time it will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $500.00 per hour, billed out in 15min increments as outlined in the hourly rate section.

No, we do not bill insurance companies nor do we participate in Medicare or Medicaid. While naturopathic doctors are covered by some health insurance plans they are not covered by all. If you would like a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company you can request one for each of your visits.

If you have HSA or FSA funds, those funds can usually be used to pay for Naturopathic visits. CHECK WITH YOUR INDIVIDUAL FUND TO CONFIRM.
